Stuart guides the property selection and vetting criteria for Assetz for Investors and is an active investor himself with a UK and international portfolio including UK buy-to-let, student property, holiday home lettings in Europe and UK commercial property and development.

Stuart founded the Assetz group of companies including Assetz for Investors Limited, the property investment specialist focusing on the UK, as well as Assetz International delivering carefully selected overseas property in many countries including France, Spain, USA, Cyprus and Cape Verde. He also founded Assetz Finance Limited that has quoted for loan and mortgage business of over £2 billion.

Believing that property investment is a medium to long term opportunity, Stuart endorses the use of repayment mortgages where possible for in order to maximise future income whilst at the same time promoting the use of more speculative investments where applicable to the client for the building of capital in the earlier years.
